Grade Levels

We offer admission to students from preschool through high school. Each grade level has specific criteria, age requirements, and prerequisites, ensuring that students are appropriately placed in accordance with their developmental stage and academic proficiency.

Application Process

Prospective students or their parents/guardians must complete the school’s official application form. The application may require information about the student’s academic history, extracurricular activities, and any special needs.

Assessment and Evaluation

As part of the admission process, applicants may be required to undergo an assessment, which could include academic evaluations, standardized testing, and/or interviews. These assessments aim to gauge the applicant’s readiness for our educational programs and ensure the best possible fit for the student.

Free Trial Class

To provide prospective students with an opportunity to experience our learning environment, we offer a FREE trial class for a maximum of two days. This allows students to participate in classroom activities, interact with teachers and peers, and gain insights into our academic approach.

Limited Class Sizes

To maintain an optimal learning environment and provide personalized attention to each student, ARK THE ACADEMY maintains limited class sizes. As a result, admission is subject to availability in each grade level.

Parental Engagement

We believe that parental involvement is crucial to a student’s success. As such, we encourage parents or guardians to actively participate in the admission process and collaborate with the school in the child’s educational journey.

Priority and Waitlist

Admissions may be granted on a rolling basis, and priority is given to siblings of current students and children of staff members. In case of limited vacancies, eligible applicants may be placed on a waitlist, and admission decisions will be communicated as soon as spaces become available.

Tuition and Fees

Information regarding tuition fees, payment schedules, and any other financial obligations will be shared with successful applicants upon admission.

Code of Conduct

All students admitted to ARK THE ACADEMY are expected to adhere to the school’s code of conduct and uphold its values of integrity, respect, responsibility, and excellence.

Ongoing Enrollment

While we primarily accept new students at the beginning of the academic year, ARK THE ACADEMY may consider enrollment throughout the year, subject to availability and appropriate evaluation.
